Please go to your authorised Panasonic Air Conditioner Agent in your area. Inform them of your problem and get their technician to diagnose the indoor unit. Usually, they should be able to solve the problem for you. Even if the indoor unit is completely knocked out, they should be able to get a replacement for you.
